Code Missions Overview.

This course is now offered in a self-paced format designed to give students the freedom to learn when it suits them best. Instead of a rigid 1 hour session, students can now access our dedicated Q&A forum for ongoing support throughout the week. Here they are encouraged to ask questions using text, voice, or video messages to receive tailored guidance from our instructors.

With Code Avengers, students progress at their own pace, allowing them to fully absorb concepts and move forward when they're ready no pressure, no deadlines, just meaningful learning.

We're using Python, a beginner-friendly and highly versatile programming language that's praised for its clean, readable syntax. By introducing your child to Python, you're opening the door to a world of creative problem-solving, logical thinking, and future-ready skills in technology and innovation.

Course Details

Weekly Learning Modules

Each week, your child will be assigned a new module on Code Avengers, with the goal of completing it by the end of the week. All updates and communication will happen through our class Discord channel, making it easy for students to stay on track.

Flexible, Self-Paced Learning

The course is self-paced, so your child can work when it suits their schedule best. If they run into any issues, they can ask questions through the online forum - our instructors are available Monday to Friday to offer support and guidance.

Software Requirements

Students will be set up with their Code Avengers account at the start of each term. Students will also need a Discord account. Students under 13 will require parental permission to make an account.

Course Fees

Code Missions runs in 10-week terms, aligning with the school year to help keep things structured and manageable for families. Each term is $100, which covers full access to the Code Avengers learning platform, weekly Python modules, and our moderated Discord Q&A forum for ongoing support.

If your child misses a module or falls behind, they can catch up at their own pace. All module materials, coding assignments, and resources will remain accessible through the Code Avengers platform.
Yes, since the course is self-paced, your child is welcome to work ahead and complete additional modules if they feel motivated. They can progress at their own speed and enjoy a flexible learning experience.
If your child is new to coding, we recommend starting with the beginner-level modules. For children with prior experience in Python, they can jump straight into the more advanced modules. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out - we can assess your child's skills and recommend the best starting point.
We understand that neurodivergent children often perform best in environments with minimal social pressure and the distraction of large group classes. That's why our self-paced, online course is ideal for neurodivergent students who want to start coding. The flexible structure allows students to learn at their own pace in a supportive, focused environment, free from distractions.
No special equipment or software is needed. All your child needs is an internet-connected device (laptop, tablet, etc.), and they'll be able to access everything they need through the Code Avengers platform.
The course is focused on in-platform learning, so there are no formal homework assignments. However, your child is encouraged to continue practicing coding outside of the course if they want to refine their skills, but this is entirely optional.
In this course, your child will learn Python programming, from basics like variables, loops, and simple projects to more advanced concepts like functions, object-oriented programming, and real-world applications. They'll work on exciting projects that build both technical skills and creativity.
The goal of this course is to help your child develop practical Python skills, foster problem-solving, and inspire a love for coding. Through projects and challenges, your child will gain confidence in programming and learn how to apply their skills to real-world situations.
If your child experiences technical issues, they can reach out to the Code Avengers support team through the platform or the Discord forum. Our team is available to assist and resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Yes! The Code Avengers Platform allows you to monitor your child's progress as they work throughout the term. You can view this under the my progress tab when logged into your childs account.
